“Things do not necessarily happen for the best, but we can choose to make the best of things that happen.”— Tal Ben Shahar, PhD

These words ring true for me. When I was eleven, my mom was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer and ten months later she was at eternal peace. However, during those ten months I learned so much about what shaped her spiritually, her values and her strengths. In a note that she wrote on the back of a hospital form, she told me she knew “I would always make the best of any situation.”  Despite the void in my heart, in her absence, she was right. The path is not always easy, but with her gifts of faith, love and perseverance, I have lived a life of many blessings. When we thrive beyond stressors, volatility, noise, mistakes and failures we become “antifragile,” — beyond resilience, we get even better! Welcome to…

Mo Buettner Coaching

What is Life Coaching? Life coaching is a focus on helping one navigate a transition, set a specific goal, or create some other kind of positive change in life, work, relationships, or well-being. I offer positive psychology coaching services focused on self-defined professional and/or personal goals. I employ best practices as well as proven tools and techniques from the field of coaching while drawing on the latest research in positive psychology, which is the study of what happy, successful people have in common.

It’s important to note that coaching is not therapy or psychological counseling. If you are working with a therapist, coaching may be complementary to that work. I encourage you to discuss our coaching relationship with your provider to determine if coaching is right for you.

Let’s Explore

We start with a FREE exploratory call. We discuss where you are now and where you want to go. You are the expert in your life, and I have expertise in how to help you initiate the change you are seeking. If it feels right to you, we engage in a minimum of four (4) 50-minute meetings to discover, integrate and take action. We can extend the number of sessions based on your needs.

More about Me

Over the past few years, I became more concerned about our society as many have let the chaos in our world define and direct them instead of individuals defining and directing themselves. I want to make an impact. Becoming a Certified Life Coach  through the Whole Being Institute has given me tools to do it, one individual at a time.

I look forward to working with you.
